How to find a date that is N days away

Choose a start date (it defaults to today), enter the number of days and choose whether you want a date in the future (after) or the past (before). The calculator moves forward or back exactly that many calendar days, crossing months and years and accounting for leap years, and shows the resulting date with its day of the week.

Result date = start date ± number of days

A quick check you can do in your head: every 7 days lands on the same weekday, so 14, 28 or 70 days from a Monday is always a Monday. 30 days is 4 weeks and 2 days, so 30 days from a Monday is a Wednesday.
