What typically happens at 4 weeks
Implantation has usually completed and the pregnancy hormone hCG is rising. Many home pregnancy tests turn positive around the time of the missed period, which is about 4 weeks.
In the first trimester, the body is adjusting quickly to rising pregnancy hormones. Tiredness, nausea and breast tenderness are common, although some people notice very few symptoms. At 4 weeks you have about 10 weeks to go until the second trimester begins at 14 weeks.
